ABOUT US
Who we are
Maffra Poly & Pumps was founded in 1999, by Michael Gray, as an extension of Tinamba Engineering.
Family run by local Gippslanders, and commencing trade with a fleet of seven, the business has since grown to a team of 17 service and maintenance specialists and six office-based staff members.
In 2015, Damian Hall became partners with Michael Gray and traded jointly, up until 2020 when
Damian acquired full ownership of the company with the support of Luke Pratt as manager.

We are specialists in the supply and installation of irrigation systems, including; centre pivot, fixed sprays, sprinkler, pipe and riser and drip irrigation systems. We will also service and repair your irrigation system, regardless of the brand or supplier history.
Pumps & Motors
Repairs & Maintenance
We can supply, service and maintain a wide range of residential, commercial and agricultural pumps and motors, including, but not limited to; Onga, Southern Cross, Calpeda, Ebara, Organge and Yanmar.
Excavations
Removal & Disposal
Backed by our fleet of excavators and fully-licensed operators, we can assist you with the excavation, removal and disposal of all materials necessary for the construction of irrigation channels or drainage pipes.
Large Bore Welding
With our team of experienced welders and fabricators, we can handle all your bore welding needs with consistent welds and less chance of slag inclusion or imperfections. We can work with bores from 4″ up to 8″ in diameter.
Poly (Butt) Welding
Using our specialised butt-welding machinery , we can supply customised poly piping products and repair all your poly tanks and equipment. Our joint weld capabilities include; square butt-welds, grooved butt-welds, V butt-welds and double V butt-weld.
General Engineering
We are equipped to handle a wide range of engineering needs and can provide expert advice on the fabrication and repairs of many farm system set-ups.
